Aceva’s Health Coaching Team is available to facilitate weekly MetaLife classes for your clinic. These meetings are all done virtually and consist of Certified Health Coaches, Certified Clinical Nutritionist, and Licensed Dieticians. Some clinics choose virtual coaching to reduce the resources needed to launch the program (i.e. hiring a Health Coach) while others prefer to use the virtual coaching component as the service offering for the long haul.

Are the virtual meetings over the phone?
No, virtual meetings are done via video chat to enable the coach to read mannerisms, commitment levels, engagement, etc. This helps us make the virtual coaching session as close to the experience they would have in person.
How are classes structured?
The virtual classes are delivered with fewer participants than on-site classes to ensure high engagement. The coach will see the updated body composition readings of each client and will coach them using their weekly behavior and food log via the proprietary Aceva Coaching App.
How much does it cost to add the Virtual Coaching service?
There is an additional $448 fee for Aceva to perform the coaching. Sessions are limited to a maximum of four individual MetaLife participants.
What does my staff have to do to set up coaching sessions?
To set up coaching sessions your staff will need to login to their Aceva account, and click on “Add a Participant” (under Wholesale Functions > MetaLife). Complete the form (uploading ALL necessary documents) and be sure to select that the client is being enrolled in MetaLife Virtual Health Coaching. After all forms are uploaded, click on the link above the upload document section to pay for the virtual coaching. Once payment is complete, Click the submit button on the bottom of the page.
How does this affect the provider/participant relationship?
Each provider still has access to participant body composition testing to ensure they maintain a strong doctor-client relationship.
