Initial Provider Onboarding and Training

Topic Progress:

As a new MetaLife Provider, you will have a 5-week onboarding to ensure that you are familiar with the flow, communication and marketing needed to successfully integrate weight loss. Before your onboarding calls, it is important that you commit to studying this manual in detail and review the supporting videos and attached resources. Print all forms in order to get familiar with them as you focus on mastering the flow as well as the communication of the workshop, consultation and report of findings. Make a list of questions from each section as you study and present the questions at your onboarding sessions.

SESSION 1 – SUPPORT AND OPERATIONS (90 minutes)   Dr. Shonna Babrow-Goodrich
Provide a general overview of the program and supporting materials. Review the details of the office flow for the workshop, consultation/report of findings, kick-off consultation, weekly classes, program review consultation, and the MetaLife Extension program.

Preparation: Have all team members participating in the training review the Support and Resources and Operations sections of this implementation guide

Session Objectives:

  1. Print and Review ML102 Implementation and Launch Checklist
  2. Review the lab test process
  3. Review Initial consultation and Report of Findings process
  4. Review Kick-Off Consultation and Weekly Classes
  5. Review the Program Review Consultation and MetaLife Extension Program
  6. Schedule Session 2 Marketing
  7. Review preparation for next session

 

SESSION 2 –  MARKETING SYSTEMS (90 min)   Dr. Joe Esposito

Review the many ways to drive MetaLife leads into your practice.  Discover the process to each marketing avenue as well as the communication needed to drive conversion.

Preparation: Have all team members participating in the training study Marketing section of the guide (all except Traditional and Digital Advertising).

Session Objective:

  1. Review ML102 Implementation and Launch Checklist
  2. Explain the numerous lead generating opportunities
  3. Review the ML700 MetaLife Statistics spreadsheet
  4. Create a 90-day marketing plan for organic marketing
  5. Schedule Session 3 Training
  6. Review preparation for next session

SESSION 3 –  TRADITIONAL AND DIGITAL ADVERTISING (45 min) Keri Reilly

Review traditional and digital advertising avenues to drive passive leads to the MetaLife program.

Preparation: Have all team members participating in the training study Traditional and Media Advertising section of this guide

Session Objective:

  1. Review ML102 Implementation and Launch Checklist
  2. Explain lead generating opportunities via digital ads, social media, radio, newspaper, direct mail and television. 
  3. Budget Recommendations for Traditional and Digital Advertising
  4. Review Digital Marketing Options and Case Studies
  5. Schedule Session 4 Training
  6. Review preparation for next session

SESSION 4 –  CLINICAL GUIDE (90 min)   Josh Staub

Learn how to customize the program for each individual participant whether they are not initially getting their expected results, or having some mild symptom.  

Preparation: Have all team members participating in the training study Clinical Guide Section of this guide.

Session Objective:

  1. Review Contraindications
  2. Review potential symptom concerns
  3. Discuss Adverse Body Composition Scenarios
  4. Schedule Session 5 Training
  5. Review preparation for next session

 

SESSION 5 – COMMUNICATIONS CALL (90 minutes) Dr. Joe Esposito

Role-play the initial consultation, Report of Findings, kick off consultation and weekly classes.

Preparation: Have all team members participating in the training study Communication Manual Section of this guide and be prepared to do live role-playing.

Session Objective:

  1. Staff will role-play the initial consultation
  2. Staff will role-play the report of findings
  3. Staff will role-play the kick off consultation and the weekly classes.
  4. Determine if interested in Session 6.

SESSION 6 – METALIFE MASTERY ONSITE TRAINING (OPTIONAL)

This training is done with an expert practitioner with extensive experience using and teaching the MetaLife system. The purpose of this 6-hour onsite training is to help you master the communication, ability to close the financials and drive compliance. The day will consist of role-playing the different steps of the program until you get mastery.
Cost – $1450 plus expenses.
