The MetaLife Support Team provides two calls per week to help answer any questions when launching your new MetaLife business, scaling your already stable Metalife business or just needing clinical support on a particular patient scenario. Whether it is operations, marketing or clinical, the MetaLife Support team is available every week to help you navigate through the system with ease.

We highly recommend new MetaLife providers attend the two weekly calls every week for the first 12 weeks. This will ensure you make onboarding the MetaLife system as efficient as possible while maximizing your return on investment. Whether you are asking a question or listening to others ask valuable questions, you will learn the best operational processes to integrate MetaLife into your practice.

We want to make support as efficient as possible for you and your team. Therefore, after the initial twelve weeks, you can either get on the support call to get questions answered or you can simply submit questions to Aceva’s support portal by emailing support@aceva.com.

Prior to seeking clinical support on a participant’s case, reference the Clinical Resource Guide section of this guide to troubleshoot the concern. This resource was created so you may handle the majority of participant concerns in your office. You can also get on the MetaLife Clinical Support Calls and ask any questions you may have about the clinical protocols.

As long as contraindications are observed, there should be minimal emergency situations since the program is based on eating natural, healthy food. The most sensitive issues will be blood sugar regulation where the participant will need to work with their primary healthcare practitioner to regulate their insulin if they are a diabetic.
